Uniform/Apparel Information
player owned uniform model
Players will own their own uniform & practice jersey. The 1st set of uniform & practice jersey for any player will be paid for by the Association. If you are new to SBBA and trying out for Travel, sample uniform pieces will be available at Evaluations in September to try on. It is important you come to Evaluations 30 minutes early if you need to be sized for a uniform.
Any replacements (immediate or in future years) will need to be purchased by the player. Uniform's & practice jersey’s can be used in subsequent years. Replacement costs are:
- Game Uniform - $105
- Individually - $50 (shorts); $55 (jersey)
- Practice Jersey - $25
You are also able to reuse another player's uniform if they are done with the program or have grown out of it. Contact info@shakohoops.net to review jersey number changes beforehand.
Travel Jersey Numbers
The Travel registration allows players to choose their top 3 choices for uniform numbers. There is no guarantee a player will be issued one of their top 3 choices. Once Travel teams are organized, jersey numbers will be assigned and will remain with each player throughout their time in the Travel program. There would be opportunities to switch numbers, but it would be at the expense of the player.

Player Measurements
Proper sizing is CRITICAL when ordering uniforms. Be sure to measure and get fitted for the proper sizes based on the charts below. The first two charts are Nike shooting shirt and practice jerseys. The last chart is for the Brute new uniform sizing. Note that Youth XL is not an option for uniforms.
Uniform/jersey/apparel replacements due to sizing issues are at the expense of the player so if b/w sizes it is recommended to order up.
